Compassionate Dharma Cloud Monastery warmly welcomes you for their Buddha’s Birthday Celebration (Vesak), on Sunday, June 6, 2021.
Schedule:
10:00am – English Dharma talk by Brother Thich Thien Tu (Quang Phap)
11:30am – Buddha’s Birthday Ceremony
1:00pm – Lunch (in individual boxes)
To protect the sangha during this gathering, participants will be asked to please:
– Wear a mask
– Social distance from people outside of your household
– Stay home if you are not feeling well
We are happy to have you come see the exciting progress on the new meditation hall (check out the photo)! We also want you to be aware that a new matching grant has become available. An anonymous donor will match up to $25,000 in donations to be used to complete the roof to protect the beautiful wood of the upper level and the work that has been finished in the lower level.

– From the intersection of Hwy 285 and C-470
– Take Hwy 285 South for 8.3 miles to Settler’s Drive
– Turn right onto Settler’s Drive
– Immediately turn left onto the unpaved frontage road
– Make the first right onto the unpaved road that leads to the Monastery where parking direction will be provided
